Nyansapɔ Academy is an online exam preparation platform for Ghanaian students preparing for BECE and WASSCE examinations. We are operated by Nyansapɔ Academy Ltd, Ghana.
2. What we collect
- Name, email address, date of birth, and phone number (at signup)
- School name, region, grade, and exam type
- Subjects selected and study activity (questions answered)
- Payment reference numbers (we do not store MoMo account details)
- Device information for session security
3. How we use your data
- To provide personalised exam preparation and progress tracking
- To process subscription payments via mobile money
- To enforce one-account-per-device security
- To send important account notifications
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All connections are encrypted using TLS. Payment processing is handled by Hubtel — we only store transaction reference numbers.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
