1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Nyansapɔ Academy, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

2. One account per student

Each account is for one student only. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and will result in account suspension. Our system enforces single-device access — signing in on a new device automatically ends the previous session.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via Ghana Mobile Money (MoMo)
• Payments are non-refundable once a subscription period has started
• Plans renew only when you initiate a new payment — there is no automatic renewal
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Content

Past questions and answers are sourced from WAEC Ghana examination materials for educational use. Nyansapɔ Academy does not claim copyright over past examination questions. Our explanations, platform design, and prediction features are proprietary.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content on this platform. You may not attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or share your account access.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, particularly account sharing. Active subscription periods will not be refunded in such cases.
